A Neal Tire store manager is responsible for the overall operations of the store. A Neal Tire store manager operates in a fast paced environment and handles and oversees all of the daily activities that happen in the store including, assisting customers; scheduling and prioritizing work; facility management; coaching, and directing staff, etc. This job requires you to have a great attitude and a true desire to help people.

Our expectations are high, and the requirements for the Store Manager position include: honesty and reliability; a positive and energetic attitude; excellent understanding of the products we sell; excellent understanding of automobiles and auto component functions; excellent understanding of the proper use of our equipment; willingness to learn; willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends; willing and able to assist in the service department; excellent organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior listening skills; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to project a professional appearance and demeanor; ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment; etc. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
